car is running, but a bit rough, at idle it sort off sounds like its dieing etc, so mechanic said it may need a better airflow meter.

Anyone have one for sale, or know of any other reason for doing this?

na it didnt.. sorry i was meant to send you mine, whats your address?

Umm i've sent it to an auto electricians and so far they found that the fuel pressure regulator was buggered. that aparently makes it run good for 5-10 minutes but when it gets warmed up its back to running bad...

So they are trying a new coil pack. hopefully something good will happen soon =P

hey guys just an update. car is going ok... still got the surge.... unknown what the problem is, also when I turn the car key on to standby(when the engine isnt running but all lights on dash are working etc) there is a air leak sound, which seems to be coming from the inlet manifold area. any help would be great! thanks

i found out what it was, the way the fuel pump is wired in my car makes it pump fuel when not started.

Just an update on my car.

Thats what its looking like now.

Things i need to do are:
-Get a good bumper(mine is cracked from previous owner)
-Either get the 2 dents out, or get new panels.
-Get some new spark-plug leads and stems(hopefully thats why it is missing occasionally
-Get 2 Y splitter RCA cables to get my subs running with my new head-unit.

Just a question, on the rear bumper of my car, the paint is peeling, so its just cut off a layer. just looks abit ruff, was wondering if you can respray that, or if i need to send it into a painting outfit?
